The Ultimate 12-Module Coaching Program is a structured online program containing video lessons, practices, and resources across twelve modules, plus a bonus module.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate. By signing up or paying for the service(s), you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. Payments and Fees

Fees must be paid in full before the program begins, unless a payment plan has been agreed. All prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated.

4. Payment Plans and Financial Responsibility

If you are on a payment plan, please note this is not a pay-as-you-go arrangement. By enrolling, you agree to complete all scheduled payments and remain responsible for the full course fee, even if you choose to discontinue or cannot complete the program.

Failure to make payments may result in suspension or removal of access to course materials. Our agreement remains in effect until the balance is paid in full.

Once any outstanding payments and fees are settled, you may be considered for re-entry at our discretion. If reasonable attempts to resolve unpaid fees are unsuccessful, the account may be referred to a professional collections service.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

All fees for The Ultimate 12-Module Coaching Program are final and non-refundable. Please ensure you are ready to commit before enrolling in this journey.

6. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for your own wellbeing, actions, choices, and decisions during and after the coaching program. The program is not therapy, counselling, or a substitute for medical advice.

If you are under medical or psychological care, you agree to consult your provider before starting the coaching program.

The program is designed as a self-paced, self-study journey, offering you the freedom to explore at your own pace. Please note that direct coaching support is not included.

7. Disclaimer

Theia Coaching Academy provides personal development programs designed to support self-growth and wellbeing. Results will vary depending on the individual and the effort applied.

While the content, tools, and guidance shared throughout The Ultimate 12-Module Coaching Program and our email subscriptions are intended to inspire and empower, they do not constitute therapy, counselling, or medical advice.

Participation in the program and all our services is undertaken at your own discretion, and you remain responsible for your own wellbeing, choices, actions, and decisions.

8.  Competence and Capacity to Participate

By enrolling in any program with Theia Coaching Academy, you confirm that you are of sound mind, capable of informed decision-making, and able to participate responsibly.

You also confirm that, to the best of your knowledge, you have no mental health condition that would significantly impact your ability to engage with the program.

We respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality regarding all information you share, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to yourself or others).

10. Intellectual Property

All program content, materials, recordings, and resources are owned by Theia Coaching Academy. They are provided for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Coaching results vary depending on your personal commitment and circumstances. While our program is designed to support your growth, we cannot and do not guarantee any specific outcomes or results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our services.

12. Data Protection

Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Testimonials and Feedback

We may, from time to time, use written feedback or testimonials provided by students for marketing and promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, newsletters, and printed materials.

If you leave a public review or testimonial (for example, on Google or other public platforms), you agree that we may reproduce it verbatim in our marketing materials.

We will never alter the meaning or tone of any testimonial and will always use such content respectfully and in alignment with our brand values.
