Theia Coaching Academy is the trading name of Ms Theia Joy, a sole trader based in England and Wales.
These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase, access, and use of The Inner Alignment Life Coaching Course, including guided visualisations, inner work practices, and any related resources or content provided through our website.
1. Services Provided
The Inner Alignment Life Coaching Course is a structured online personal development course comprising six modules. It contains pre-recorded life coaching video sessions, guided visualisations, worksheets, exercises, and reflective practices.
The course is a self-paced, self-study online personal development course. Direct or live life coaching support is not included.
All course content, materials, and guided visualisations are provided for personal development, personal insight, and general wellbeing. They do not constitute therapy, counselling, psychological intervention, or medical treatment.
Upon completion of the course, you will receive a Certificate of Completion from Theia Coaching Academy confirming that you have completed The Inner Alignment Life Coaching Course and learned the original Yin and Yang Coaching Framework. This Certificate of Completion is not an externally accredited professional qualification.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in The Inner Alignment Life Coaching Course. By purchasing or accessing the course, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
3. Payments and Fees
All fees must be paid in full before access to The Inner Alignment Life Coaching Course is provided, unless a payment plan has been agreed. All prices are stated in GBP unless otherwise specified.
Your purchase includes lifetime access to The Inner Alignment Life Coaching Course, including access to future updates made to the course.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “lifetime access” means that you will continue to have access to the course for as long as The Inner Alignment Life Coaching Course remains available and is offered by Theia Coaching Academy. Lifetime access does not mean access for the lifetime of the purchaser and does not guarantee that the course, website, student portal, or any particular hosting platform will remain available indefinitely.
4. Payment Plans and Financial Responsibility
If you choose a payment plan, you are purchasing the complete personal development course and agreeing to pay the full course fee in instalments. A payment plan is not a pay-as-you-go subscription, and choosing to stop participating in or accessing the course does not cancel your remaining payments.
If a scheduled payment is missed, access to the course will be suspended until the outstanding payment has been made. Access will be restored once all overdue payments have been received.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
The Inner Alignment Life Coaching Course provides immediate access to digital course content following purchase.
At checkout, you will be asked to expressly request and consent to receiving immediate access to the digital course content before the end of the statutory 14-day cancellation period, and to acknowledge that your statutory 14-day right to cancel will end once access to the course begins.
Where you provide this consent and acknowledgement and are given immediate access to the course, your statutory 14-day right to cancel in respect of the digital course content will end once access to the course begins.

6. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for your own wellbeing, choices, actions, and decisions before, during, and after participating in The Inner Alignment Life Coaching Course.
The course is provided for personal development, personal insight, and general wellbeing. It does not constitute therapy, counselling, psychological intervention, or medical treatment.
You must listen to or watch guided visualisations only in a safe, stationary environment. You must never use them while driving, operating machinery, or undertaking any activity that requires your full attention.
The course includes inner work practices such as worksheets, exercises, assignments, and reflective practices. These are intended for personal development and personal insight, and are not designed to process trauma, treat trauma responses, or replace professional trauma-informed care.
If any aspect of the course causes you distress or discomfort, you should stop participating and seek appropriate professional support if needed. Theia Coaching Academy does not provide medical, mental health, or crisis support.
If you are under medical or psychological care, you should consult your healthcare provider before beginning the course or using any guided visualisation content.
7. Disclaimer
Theia Coaching Academy provides an online personal development course called The Inner Alignment Life Coaching Course, designed to support personal development, personal insight, and general wellbeing.
Individual experiences and results will vary, and no specific outcome or result is guaranteed from participation in the course.
Some teachings, concepts, and frameworks within the course include philosophical, spiritual, metaphysical, and personal development perspectives. These are provided for educational and reflective purposes and are not presented as fact, diagnosis, or professional advice.

The Inner Alignment Life Coaching Course and the personal development resources provided through Theia Coaching Academy, including all course content, the Yin and Yang Coaching Framework, personal development videos, guided visualisations, worksheets, and other original resources and related materials, are owned by Ms Theia Joy, trading as Theia Coaching Academy.
Your login details and course access are for your individual use only and must not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ms Theia Joy, trading as Theia Coaching Academy, will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or that arise from a failure to follow the safety guidance provided.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or affects your statutory consumer rights.
12. Testimonials and Feedback
We may invite students to provide testimonials or feedback about their experience of The Inner Alignment Life Coaching Course and the Yin and Yang Coaching Framework. Testimonials submitted in response to our request may be used in our marketing and promotional materials, including on our website, social media platforms, in newsletters, and in printed materials. We will not materially alter the meaning or tone of any testimonial and will use all such content respectfully and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
