These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase, access, and participation in our services, including The Inner Alignment Coaching Course, guided visualisations, inner work practices, and any resources or content provided via our website or course. By enrolling, booking, accessing, or paying, you agree to these terms:

1. Services Provided

The Inner Alignment Coaching Course is a structured online life coaching course containing video life coaching sessions, guided visualisations, and inner work practices such as worksheets, exercises, reflective practices, and inner work across six modules.

All content, materials, and guided visualisations are provided for general wellbeing, relaxation, self-development, and personal insight, and are not therapy, counselling, psychological intervention, or medical treatment.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate. By signing up for, paying, or participating in any service(s), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Payments and Fees

Fees must be paid in full before the course begins, unless a payment plan has been agreed. All prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated.

Lifetime Access Clarification: “Lifetime access” refers to access for the lifetime of the course itself and its continued availability online, not the lifetime of the purchaser. Theia Coaching Academy reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the course or its platform at any time.

Non-Transferability & Usage: Course access and all life coaching and visualisation videos are created for the sole personal use of the individual student and are strictly non-transferable. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, shared, sub-licensed, or made available to any third party in any form whatsoever.

4. Payment Plans and Financial Responsibility

If you are on a payment plan, please note this is not a pay-as-you-go arrangement. By enrolling, you agree to complete all scheduled payments and remain responsible for the full course fee, even if you choose to discontinue or cannot complete the course.

Failure to make payments will result in suspension or removal of access to course materials. Our agreement remains in effect until the balance is paid in full. Once any outstanding payments and fees are settled, you may be considered for re-entry at our discretion.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

The Inner Alignment Coaching Course is a digital product. By enrolling, you agree to receive immediate access to the course content and acknowledge that your statutory cancellation rights are waived once access has been granted. For this reason, all fees are final and non-refundable.

6. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for your own well-being, actions, choices, and decisions before, during, and after the online life coaching course. The course is not therapy, counselling, psychological intervention, or medical treatment.

The Inner Alignment Coaching Course includes guided visualisations, which are designed for general wellbeing, relaxation, self-development, and personal insight, and are not therapy, counselling, psychological intervention, or medical treatment.

You agree to listen to or watch the guided visualisations only when you are in a safe, stationary environment, and never while driving, operating machinery, or performing any task that requires your full attention. 

The online life coaching course also includes inner work practices such as worksheets, exercises, and assignments. These practices are intended for self-development and personal insight only, and do not constitute therapy, counselling, psychological intervention, or medical treatment.

The course is not designed to process trauma, treat trauma responses, or replace professional trauma-informed care. Participants experiencing distress, trauma responses, emotional overwhelm, or psychological discomfort are encouraged to seek support from a qualified mental health professional. Further, Theia Coaching Academy does not provide crisis support services whatsoever. If you are experiencing acute distress or are in crisis, please contact emergency services or a qualified mental health professional immediately.

If you are under medical or psychological care, you agree to consult your provider before starting the online life coaching course or using any guided visualisation content.

The Inner Alignment Coaching Course is a self-paced and self-study online coaching course. Direct or live life coaching support is not included. 

7. Disclaimer

Theia Coaching Academy provides an online life coaching course designed to support self-development and personal insight. Results will vary depending on the individual.

Some teachings, concepts, and frameworks within the course may include philosophical, spiritual, metaphysical, or personal development perspectives. These are offered for educational and reflective purposes only and are not presented as fact, diagnosis, or professional advice.

The modules also contain guided visualisations, which are intended for general wellbeing, relaxation, self-development, and personal insight, and do not constitute therapy, counselling, psychological intervention, or medical treatment.

You agree to use all guided visualisation content responsibly and safely, including ensuring you are seated or lying down in a safe, stationary environment and not engaged in any activity requiring alertness.

The online life coaching course also includes inner work practices such as reflective practices, worksheets, exercises, and assignments. These are provided for self-development and personal insight only.

All teachings, content, and materials are offered as guidance and educational support only. Participants are encouraged to use discernment and personal judgment in applying any concepts or practices.

If you have epilepsy, a diagnosed mental health condition, or are under the care of a medical or psychological professional, you agree to seek medical advice before participating in the online life coaching course or engaging with any guided visualisations.

Participation in the online life coaching course and guided visualisations is voluntary, and you remain solely responsible for your wellbeing, choices, actions, and decisions in life.

8. Competence and Capacity to Participate

By enrolling in The Inner Alignment Coaching Course or participating in any service(s) with Theia Coaching Academy, you confirm that you are capable of informed decision-making and able to participate responsibly.

You confirm that, to the best of your knowledge, you are able to participate safely in the online life coaching course and guided visualisations. If you have any diagnosed medical or mental health condition, you agree to seek guidance from a healthcare professional before participating.

If you are currently under medical or psychological care, you agree to consult your healthcare provider before beginning the online life coaching course or using any guided visualisation content provided through the course.

9. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality regarding all information you share, except where disclosure is required by law.

10. Intellectual Property and Access

All life coaching course content, materials, videos, audio recordings, guided visualisations, written resources, and related materials are the intellectual property of Theia Coaching Academy. Your login and course access are for your personal use only and must not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person. Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, shared, sub-licensed, or made available to any third party in any form whatsoever.

11. Limitation of Liability

Life coaching results vary depending on your personal commitment and circumstances. While our online life coaching course is designed to support your general well-being, self-development, and personal insight, we cannot and do not guarantee any specific outcomes or results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our services.

12. Data Protection

Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Testimonials and Feedback

We may, from time to time, use written feedback or testimonials provided by students for marketing and promotional purposes, including on our website, newsletters, and printed materials.

If you leave a public review or testimonial (for example, on Google or other public platforms), you agree that we may reproduce it verbatim in our marketing materials.

We will never alter the meaning or tone of any testimonial and will always use such content respectfully and in alignment with our brand values.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
