Welcome to Theia Coaching Academy. These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase, access, and use of The Inner Alignment Life Coaching Course, guided visualisations, inner work practices, and any related resources or content provided through our website or course.
1. Services Provided
The Inner Alignment Life Coaching Course is a structured online life coaching course comprising six modules. It contains life coaching video sessions, guided visualisations, worksheets, exercises, and reflective practices.
All content, materials, and guided visualisations are provided for general wellbeing, relaxation, self-development, and personal insight. They do not constitute therapy, counselling, psychological intervention, or medical treatment.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in The Inner Alignment Life Coaching Course. By purchasing or accessing the course, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
3. Payments and Fees
All fees must be paid in full before access to The Inner Alignment Life Coaching Course is provided, unless a payment plan has been agreed. All prices are stated in GBP unless otherwise specified.
Access to The Inner Alignment Life Coaching Course is provided for 12 months from the date of purchase.
4. Payment Plans and Financial Responsibility
If you choose a payment plan, you are purchasing the complete course and agreeing to pay the full course fee in instalments. A payment plan is not a pay-as-you-go subscription, and choosing to stop participating in or accessing the course does not cancel your remaining payments.
If a scheduled payment is missed, access to the course may be suspended until the outstanding payment has been made. Access will be restored once all overdue payments have been received.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory cancellation rights or any other rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
The Inner Alignment Life Coaching Course is digital content supplied immediately after purchase. By requesting immediate access, you expressly consent to the supply of the digital content beginning during the 14-day cancellation period and acknowledge that you will lose your statutory right to cancel once access to the course begins.
Once access has been provided, payments are non-refundable except where otherwise required by law. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights.
6. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for your own wellbeing, choices, actions, and decisions before, during, and after participating in The Inner Alignment Life Coaching Course. The course is provided for general wellbeing, relaxation, self-development, and personal insight. It does not constitute therapy, counselling, psychological intervention, or medical treatment.
You must listen to or watch guided visualisations only in a safe, stationary environment. You must never use them while driving, operating machinery, or undertaking any activity that requires your full attention.
The course includes inner work practices such as worksheets, exercises, assignments, and reflective practices. These are intended for self-development and personal insight and are not designed to process trauma, treat trauma responses, or replace professional trauma-informed care.
If any part of the course causes you distress or discomfort, you should stop participating and seek appropriate professional support if needed. Theia Coaching Academy does not provide medical, mental health, or crisis support.
If you are under medical or psychological care, you should consult your healthcare provider before beginning the course or using any guided visualisation content.
The Inner Alignment Life Coaching Course is a self-paced, self-study online course. Direct or live life coaching support is not included.
7. Disclaimer
Theia Coaching Academy provides an online life coaching course designed to support self-development and personal insight. Individual experiences and results will vary, and no specific outcome or result is guaranteed.
Some teachings, concepts, and frameworks within the course may include philosophical, spiritual, metaphysical, or personal development perspectives. These are provided for educational and reflective purposes and are not presented as fact, diagnosis, or professional advice.
All teachings, content, and materials are offered as guidance and educational support. You are encouraged to use your own discernment and personal judgement when considering or applying the course content.
Participation in the course and the application of its teachings are voluntary. You remain responsible for deciding what is appropriate for your individual circumstances.

Theia Coaching Academy may update, modify, or remove articles and website content where reasonably necessary.
10. Intellectual Property and Access
All life coaching course content, website content, articles, educational resources, newsletters, materials, videos, audio recordings, guided visualisations, written resources, images, graphics, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Theia Coaching Academy.
Except as permitted by law or with our prior written permission, this content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, shared, sub-licensed, or made available to any third party in any form whatsoever.
Your login details and course access are for your personal use only and must not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Theia Coaching Academy will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or that arise from a failure to follow the safety guidance provided.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or affects your statutory consumer rights.
12. Testimonials and Feedback
We may invite students to provide feedback or testimonials about their experience of The Inner Alignment Life Coaching Course.
We will obtain your permission before using feedback or testimonials in our marketing or promotional materials, including on our website, in newsletters, or in printed materials.
We will not materially alter the meaning or tone of any feedback or testimonial and will use all such content respectfully and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Client Agreement
By purchasing The Inner Alignment Life Coaching Course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
Your express consent to receiving immediate access to the digital content, and your acknowledgement that you will lose your 14-day statutory right to cancel once access begins, will be obtained separately as described in section 5.
