Without self-awareness, it can become challenging to consciously create positive change in our lives because we may not fully understand what is driving our thoughts, choices, behaviours, patterns, and experiences overall.
And so as our self-awareness increases, we often become more conscious of the positive changes we wish to make in our lives, as well as the direction we wish to move towards.
